Please be aware that refunds are not applicable for delayed shipments. A refund won’t be processed until at least 60 days have elapsed from the delivery date. However, we may arrange for a re-shipment after 40 days.

Our standard processing time typically involves shipping on the same or the next business day. During peak periods, this may extend to up to 5 days.

Address Details:

To ensure smooth delivery, it’s crucial to provide your complete address, including the street name and number, apartment number (if any) suburb, city, postal code, and country. Failure to do so might result in difficulties for the courier to locate your residence. Please be aware that providing an incomplete or incorrect address absolves Camelie from any liability.

CAMELIE RAZOR RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility:

Our return policy spans 30 days from the delivery date. Past this period, we regret that refunds or exchanges cannot be facilitated.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us via email at [email protected]. Return requests via social media platforms will not be processed.

Refund Process:

Should you wish to return your Camelie razor, we’ll refund the original razor value, deducting shipping and transaction costs, even if your shipping was initially free.
For international shipments, we subsidize shipping costs. In case of a return, the full shipping price will be deducted.
Shipping expenses for returns to Auckland, New Zealand, are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Conditions for Returns:

Please ensure the products are in acceptable condition; broken razors will not be accepted.
“Perfectly imperfect” products are non-returnable. Sales for these items are final.
Items such as soaps, oils, gloves, dermaplaning razors, blades, or other than the Camelie Razor products are non-returnable.

Return of Unused Items:

We accept returns for unused and unopened products due to a change of mind, offering a store credit (excluding shipping costs). Otherwise, a refund will be issued, deducting shipping costs and a $15 fee.
Kindly reach out within 4 days of receiving your delivery to initiate a return. Shipping fee will be deducted even if shipping was free for the customer.

Non-returnable products:

Regrettably, we are unable to process returns for serum or oil bottles under any circumstances, whether they are opened or unopened, used, or unused. Refunds or returns for these items cannot be accommodated.

Change of Address:

Once an order has been paid for, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure to double-check your address before finalizing your order.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is paid for, cancellation is generally not feasible. In exceptional cases, cancellations may occur, but shipping fees and payment processing charges won’t be refunded.

Delivery Issues:

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact NZ POST directly with your tracking number.
We use Authority to Leave for deliveries, so ensure a secure location for package placement. Once marked as delivered, Camelie isn’t liable for any theft.

Lost Orders:

If you haven’t received your order, contact us within 81 days for an investigation and a potential refund. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this period.
Refunds won’t be issued for wrong addresses, customs denial, unclaimed packages, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed parcels, etc

Damaged Parcel:

For damaged items, contact the courier company within 24 hours of delivery. Retain packaging and provide photographic evidence.

Returned to Sender or Attempted Delivery:

If a parcel is returned, refunds won’t be offered. Resending may be possible at the customer’s expense. Returned packages are held for 31 days; thereafter, a new order is required for item retrieval.

Responsibility for Follow-Up:

Customers receive a tracking link; it’s their responsibility to arrange delivery or collection if an attempt fails. Failure to do so is not Camelie’s responsibility.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address:

Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses resulting in delivery issues void eligibility for a refund. Customers must ensure accurate address details during purchase, especially for apartment or unit houses.

Change of Mind:

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to immediate processing. Please review orders carefully before finalizing the purchase.

Customs Fees:

Any applied customs fees or taxes post-shipping are the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping and penalty fees for packages returned to sender fall on the customer.

Holding Times:

If your package returns to us, it will be held for up to 31 days. Beyond this period, placing a new order is necessary for item re-shipment.

Return Packaging:

When returning items, please ensure they are appropriately packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for damage incurred during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Delivery Confirmation:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. It is your responsibility to track your package and ensure someone is available to receive it upon delivery.

International Shipping Considerations:

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility. Camelie bears no liability for these charges.

Camelie is not responsible for custom rejections and/or unpaid custom fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, after it has been marked as delivered, Camelie cannot be held responsible. Please ensure a secure delivery location or consider signature-required delivery options.

Shipping Delays:

Please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen transportation issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
